Honesty

Just got a wonderful email from my cousin, Lisa (a very strong beautiful woman). Just helped me to realize how lucky I have been in life. There have been a lot of curveballs and pitfalls. I will never deny that. But they have also introduced me to some of the most important people in my life. And have given me a strength and understanding that I would not have otherwise achieved. Not that I would ever wish any of it on another (will in fact try my hardest to protect others from any/all of it).

Have strength in yourself. Do not doubt your abilities or instincts. Rely on your friends & family (they aren't just window dressing - they actually serve a purpose). Be honest to yourself & others - it is a quality truly beautiful and rare.
